Traverse Collectif is committed to protecting your privacy. This page explains what personal information we process and how, in accordance with Quebec’s Act 25 (Act to Modernize Legislative Provisions Regarding the Protection of Personal Information).

What we're collecting
At this time, the site does not automatically collect any personal information. No accounts, no newsletters, no tracking cookies.
- If you contact us by email or phone, we collect the contact information you provide (your name, email address, and phone number) solely to respond to you.
- Event registration is handled through Luma, a third-party service. The information you provide there is governed by Luma's privacy policy. We access it to organize the event.
- The calendar displayed is from Google Calendar and is read-only.
- Our web host may retain technical data (IP addresses, connection logs) for security purposes and to ensure the proper functioning of the site.
Why
We use this information to respond to you, organize events, and keep the site secure. We do not sell or share your information.
Conservation
We keep the information you share with us for the duration of our interaction, and then we delete it no later than two years afterward. Storing data that is no longer needed comes at a cost, including an environmental one, so we prefer to clean it up regularly.
Your rights
Quebec's Act 25 gives you the right to access your information, correct it, have it deleted, and request a copy of it. To exercise any of these rights, please email ride@traverse-collectif.com, and we will respond as soon as possible.
Cookies
The website does not currently use tracking cookies or analytics tools. If that changes, we will update this page and ask for your consent when required by law.
